How the NoLLMWM refund policy works

When the rewrite provider times out, returns a transient failure after bounded retry, produces an invalid structured response, or fails the protected-placeholder check, the application refunds the reserved characters to the same included and credit buckets. This is a balance correction, not a cash refund, and should appear immediately after the failed request.

If a safe balance appears incorrect, contact billing support with the request ID and approximate time. Do not send the source text.

Duplicate or erroneous charges

Contact [email protected] promptly if you see a duplicate completed order, an amount that does not match the selected SKU, or a paid order whose entitlement was not granted. Include the external order ID and purchase date. Never send full card details or payment secrets.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be investigated with pay.yito.ai and the payment provider and corrected according to applicable payment rules.

Subscriptions and one-time packs

You may request a refund within 7 days of an initial purchase when the included or purchased balance has not been materially consumed. Renewal and partially used balance requests are reviewed according to applicable law, provider settlement status, and evidence of service use. One-time pack credits that have been consumed are generally not refundable except where law requires.

A refund may remove the corresponding entitlement or credit balance. Cancelling future renewal is separate from refunding a completed payment; contact billing support for the currently available subscription-management path.

How to request review

Email [email protected] from the account address with the external order ID, purchase date, requested resolution, and a concise explanation. We may ask for non-sensitive confirmation needed to match the payment. Approval time depends on provider processing and applicable payment rules.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights. We do not promise that a rewrite will produce a particular private watermark-detector outcome; dissatisfaction with an unguaranteed detector result alone does not establish a service failure when the requested rewrite was delivered.
