What the NoLLMWM terms of service cover
You must be legally able to accept these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your password, session, API keys, and activity under the account. Notify support promptly if you believe credentials are compromised. API access requires an active Scale entitlement and remains subject to rate and character limits.
You may not share credentials to avoid plan limits, automate account creation, interfere with security controls, or access another account. We may restrict activity that threatens the service or violates these terms.
Plans, credits, and payments
Free accounts include 2,000 lifetime rewrite characters. Essential, Pro, and Scale include stated monthly balances; annual billing does not convert the monthly reset into one annual pool. One-time credits are consumed after included characters. There is no unlimited plan. Submitted source characters determine usage, and failed provider requests eligible under the product flow are refunded automatically.
Prices, taxes, and payment details are shown at checkout. Purchases use pay.yito.ai and its payment provider. Refunds follow the refund policy. We may change future pricing with notice; changes do not retroactively alter a completed one-time purchase.
Third-party services and availability
Rewriting depends on OpenRouter and selected model providers. Payment, analytics, and notification functions use third parties identified in the privacy policy. Their availability and terms may affect the service. NoLLMWM may experience maintenance, capacity limits, provider errors, or security restrictions and does not promise uninterrupted availability.
The service does not guarantee removal or detection of a statistical or vendor watermark, human authorship classification, legal compliance, or error-free output. Physical scanning is limited to the supported rule set.
Enforcement and legal limits
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, nonpayment, security risk, or material violation. Where practical, users may contact support to challenge an error. Obligations concerning ownership, payment, acceptable use, disclaimers, and liability survive termination as applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Liability limitations depend on jurisdiction and do not exclude responsibility that law prohibits us from limiting. Contact [email protected] with formal notices.
